The Hudson Valley Outdoor Recreation Expo is held at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds:

NYS Thruway to Exit 19 then follow the signs for the Rhinecliff Bridge (Routes 209/199). After crossing the bridge, turn right at the 2nd traffic light onto Route 9G. Go south to the next light and make a right onto Route 9. Follow Route 9 for approximately 1.6 miles to the Fairgrounds. It will be on your left just before you enter the Village of Rhinebeck.

Taconic State Parkway to the 199/Red Hook/Pine Plains exit and go West on Route 199 for 8 miles to the traffic light in the village of Red Hook (2nd light). Turn left onto Route 9 South. Follow Route 9 for approximately 4.6 miles to the Fairgrounds. It will be on your left just before you enter the Village of Rhinebeck.

AMTRAK: The Rhinecliff Amtrak station is located about 3 miles west of the Dutchess County Fairgrounds. Trains connects directly to Penn Station, NY City and to Albany, NY. Taxis to the Fairgrounds are available at the station.
